A group of companies based in Essex dealing in haulage, transportation, consultation, oil and property management was introduced to BBK in 1990. The client's business structure was organised in a manner that created unnecessary bureaucracy to the client.
BBK helped to restructure the Company following an initial survey which suggested that streamlining the operation could resulted in a 40% cost reduction. That client continues to recommend BBK because of the benefit it received initially and from the continuous attention of BBK over the following19 years.
BBK continues to help the client by acting as company accountants and tax advisors on an ongoing basis. The Company has delegated various functions to BBK including its monthly payroll, quarterly VAT returns and monthly management information. BBK also continue to support the Company by assisting to formulate its business plans and by providing due diligence support.
