David Beckwith qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975 and became a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1980.

David has always worked for, and been involved with, small to medium sized practices and therefore his strength lies in being able to deal with the general public and businesses that need immediate and 'hands on' assistance.

For a short period between 1979 and 1981, David was a partner in a West End firm of accountants and left to start his own practice.

After meeting like minded accountants, a partnership was formed in the mid-1980's which brings us to the present day.

Apart from practicing accountancy, David has also been a part-time lecturer at a local college where he was responsible for teaching students taking Accountancy and the Institute of Bankers qualifications.

He has also written a text book aimed at accountancy students.

Being a founder of BBK, David is extremely proud of his achievements and those of his partners and staff.
